April 18th, 2023 - the day of days has come. deskbird was launched on Product Hunt. And we are ecstatic to announce that it was awarded the titles #2 Product of the Day and #5 Product of the Week. But let’s start at the beginning. 

What is Product Hunt?

Product Hunt was founded in 2013 by Ryan Hoover and is a community-based website that helps product-loving enthusiasts discover the latest websites, mobile apps, hardware projects, and tech creations. Users submit tools or softwares, allowing  makers and marketers to connect with their first real users. By voting and leaving reviews, the community can boost products, encourage others to try them and make sure new products get the attention they deserve. 

deskbird’s road to success

In 2022, the deskbird team set its sight on Product Hunt. Intending to gain more visibility and user acquisition, the deskbird team began researching successful product launches and preparing for this important milestone. The team knew dedication, teamwork, and innovative ideas were vital to achieving their successful launch goal.

As launch day steadily approached, the deskbird team worked tirelessly to ensure the app was ready for prime time. They fine-tuned features, optimized user experience, and conducted extensive testing to ensure that deskbird was ready to deliver a superior workspace management experience. 

On April 18th, deskbird competed in a fierce head-to-head battle against other recently launched products. And the team was hard at work, hustling to spread the word about their launch and showcase their unique features.

At the end of the day, deskbird emerged victorious, garnering an impressive 900 upvotes and ranking an impressive 2nd in the highly competitive "Product of the Day" category. This incredible achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the deskbird team, who have worked tirelessly to create a product that meets the needs of today's hybrid workforce.
