The deskbird API is a RESTful API that uses standard HTTP methods for seamless interaction with resources. All communication is secured via HTTPS to guarantee data integrity and confidentiality.
Data is exchanged in JSON format, making it simple to parse and work with in any programming language. Access to the deskbird Public API is protected with a unique API key, which identifies your company and grants secure access, without the need to transmit sensitive user credentials. Admins can easily generate and manage API keys directly in the deskbird app’s Integrations section.
